Climate and weather models

The Puxatawny Phil model which I believe is:

High Pressure on February 2nd & cooperative groundhog = shadow-casting sunny day = 6 weeks more winter. 

Low Pressure on February 2nd and cooperative groundhog = no - shadow-casting cloudy day =  feels like Sarasota, Florida
