    " Similar to what is PLANNED in or near Downtown Peoria? " Peoria's full of plans.... and something else, too! Why is Downtown and Riverfront development in Peoria, save the hospitals, so slow to happen?

    Surely, alleged developers aren't awaiting the results of that awful (Riverfront) museum project.
